Development Quality Initiative
At Frontier we have adopted a 'process based' approach that provides us a firm base for launching improvement initiatives organization-wide.
Customer focus and performance improvement are the two key objectives that all the programs undertaken under these organizational initiatives have.
These are supported by the training programs on technical and management topics, formation of Working Groups on various Engineering Processes, having a central Quality team with Quality Assurance, Release Management and Process Engineering responsibilities.
